Matthew Villa
Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Villa is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Compliance Officer for the Firm. Prior to joining Fox, Matthew was a Vice President in Compliance for Prudential Investments LLC. Previously he worked at TD Waterhouse Investment Services, Inc. as a Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and at Dreyfus Service Corporation as a Team Leader in Risk Management and Compliance in the Legal Affairs Department.
Mr. Villa earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond - E. Claiborne Robbins School of Business. He holds various licenses and is an NASD Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.

Cherie L. Weisse
Senior Vice President, Head Office Administration, Client Service and Marketing
Mrs. Weisse is a Senior Vice President and Head of Office Administration, Client Service and Marketing. She manages all aspects of the firms administrative operations, Human Resource functions, and Client Service and Marketing. Prior to joining Fox Asset, Mrs. Weisse was formerly with Dreman Value Management for 10 years, six years as Manager of Operations and Senior Vice President.
Mrs. Weisse is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where she was awarded a BA in Politics and Government.

Kimberly A. Hing
Senior Vice President, Manager of Operations
Ms. Hing is a Senior Vice President and serves as the firm’s Operations Manager. She manages all aspects of the firm’s operations, including account reconciliation, trade settlement, quarterly billing, performance reporting, and proxy voting. Prior to joining Fox, Ms. Hing was with Merrill Lynch Futures for 7 years in back office operations and on the Trading Floor of the Commodities Exchange Center.
Ms. Hing worked toward her BS degree in Statistics/Business at Brigham Young University.

Jennifer Barbieri, CPA
Vice President, Controller
Ms. Barbieri is a Vice President and serves as the firm’s Controller. Prior to joining Fox, Jennifer was an Assistant Vice President in the Finance Department at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Previously she has held positions of Associate, Assistant Treasurer, Staff Accountant at Brown Brothers Harriman, Bank of New York and Friedman Alpren & Green LLP.
Ms. Barbieri earned her Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
