Mr. Sloan is a consultant in the firm’s Client Service and Marketing Department. Mr. Sloan retired as Managing Director of Fox in September, 2006. He was formerly a Vice President and Director of Institutional Sales at MBIA Capital Management. Mr. Sloan was responsible for developing customized portfolio management solutions for institutional clients nationwide. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at both PaineWebber and Merrill Lynch in their respective Consulting Departments. He has extensive experience working closely with and training financial consultants in all aspects of the consulting process. He is also a frequent speaker at Institutional Conferences on Managed Money and Value Investing.

Mr. Sloan is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). He received his BBA degree from Pace University.

Mr. West serves as Vice President of the firm’s Institutional Sales effort. He was most recently the Chief Executive Officer with Cutler & Company LLC and also held the position of Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Cutler & Company LLC, Mr. West was involved in commercial banking and served 12 years as the CEO of a publicly held bank holding company. Previously Mr. West was Managing Director of an investment management company primarily serving eleemosynary accounts.

Mr. West graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business and served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
